Searching for the “best Dofus 3 private server” often assumes that a single choice will suit everyone. That is not a conclusion a slogan, a vote or a listing can justify. Version, client, platforms, account rules, schedule and availability are separate dimensions. This page explains a comparison method and publishes a dated record of the sources consulted, not a ranking or a winner.
Why there is no server that is best for everyone
Players are not all looking for the same experience: some favour progression close to a known version, others a modified pace, a single account or specific activities. Even two projects announcing the same version number are not necessarily comparable if the content, rules or client differ. “Best” therefore only makes sense once you have defined your own needs and checked equivalent facts.
A ranking easily turns heterogeneous information into an apparent order. The number of votes depends on the directory’s method and time period; it does not measure compatibility, the quality of a client or how well it fits your way of playing. We do not add up counters, we do not rank offers and we give Togu no advantage.
Criteria and rules of evidence
The grid below applies in the same way to every project: announced game version and client; supported systems and distribution; account and progression rules; dated status; update notes; access conditions and support. Each cell must link to the project page that supports it, or carry the label “not published” / “not established”.
We distinguish three levels. Declared by the project means the publisher’s page states the fact. Declared by a directory means the directory displays it, without this verifying the source website. Independently verified requires separate evidence suited to the fact: for example, a link or build check for distribution, not a second listing that copies the first. Here, the pages examined mostly provide claims; no game quality, lasting availability or enforced rule has been independently tested.
Dated table of verified offers
The following record covers pages consulted on 13 October 2026. It shows what can be sourced and what cannot yet be compared; it does not rate the projects.
| Project | Claim or information visible on the review date | Independent verification and limit |
|---|---|---|
| Stasis | Declared by Stasis: the website’s title and description state “monocompte” (single account) and “semi-like 3.0”. The Serveur Privé listing also uses “Stasis 3.7”, declared by the directory. | Not independently verified: the two wordings are not enough to identify the exact client or to reconcile the labels. Access, rule enforcement and status remain outside this record. Sources: Stasis website and directory listing. |
| WAX | Declared by WAX on October 13, 2026: the page announced an open beta, a launch on October 16 at 8 pm (Paris time) and a Windows download; it also displayed “0” players online. | Not independently verified: the announcement and counter are dated page information, not an external measurement. WAX’s state after October 16 is not verified in this record. Source: WAX website. |
| Togu | Public information checked on October 26, 2026: the launcher installs the official Dofus 3 client and is available for macOS Apple silicon and Windows x64; the launcher and access to the closed alpha are free by invitation, with a code requested in the Discord. | Not independently verified: the Status page reports the public state of the world, without an independent test here. Account and progression rules remain in the public pages. Sources: Download, Status and rules. |
This table is a sample of pages, not an exhaustive list of Dofus 3 servers. Missing fields do not mean the feature does not exist; they only indicate that public evidence has not been established here. No row deserves a score based on this data alone.
What cannot be compared
Words like “active”, “stable”, “complete” or “balanced” require a definition and a measurement that a page title does not provide. A one-off snapshot does not predict future availability. A published status does not prove the quality of combat; a patch note does not certify every fix; an announced platform does not attest that a package has been installed and tested on every configuration.
The Serveur Privé, ServeurListe and TopDofus directories are useful for finding listings and seeing how their own pages present the offers. Their rankings are neither an independent selection nor a shared audit. After discovery, go back to each project’s website and record the date of the direct page.
How to report an error
If a row is inaccurate, send the exact link to the page concerned, the text that needs correcting and a dated public source. We can then correct or remove the fact and update the review date; a request without verifiable evidence does not automatically become proof. Projects may report a factual error, with no veto over the method and no way to buy a position.
This method must be revised after a major announcement and regularly before leaving a comparison online. For the detailed grid, read how to compare offers; to understand the distinction between the official service and a third-party project, see official server and private server. Togu product information will only be comparable once a sourced public page describes it. Togu is a private server not affiliated with Ankama.
