Togu rules
The conduct expected from players. Togu is a private server, not affiliated with Ankama: these rules do not replace Ankama's and do not apply to its services.
Fair play
The Togu world is shared. Everyone should be able to play without another player gaining an advantage through illegitimate means.
- Don't cheat: do not use any tool, program or manipulation that alters the game or gives you an advantage other players don't have.
- Do not deliberately exploit a game malfunction for your own benefit. If you find one, report it.
- Do not deliberately disrupt the service or other players' experience.
Conduct towards other players
Respect applies wherever Togu players interact, in game and in the official community spaces.
- No harassment, threats, insults or discriminatory remarks towards a player or a team member.
- Never post personal information about another person.
- No spam or unsolicited advertising in community spaces.
Account security
A Togu game account is separate from an Ankama account and is handled by the Togu service.
- Never enter your Ankama credentials on the Togu website or launcher: Togu will never ask for them.
- Use a unique password for Togu and share it with no one, not even someone claiming to be a team member.
- Only download the launcher from the official download page.
Points not yet decided
These topics have no published rule. This page will get a new version and review date once they are decided.
- Trading game content for real money. No rule has been published on this point so far.
- Multiple accounts (single-account or multi-account). Togu's account policy has not been decided yet, so no principle has been announced.
- Sanctions and appeals. The sanction scale and the appeal procedure have not been published yet.
Report behavior
To report behavior that breaks these rules, write to [email protected]. Include the date, the context and, if possible, evidence that allows the facts to be verified.
Never include your password or a verification code in a report.
